What This Role Is

Linked by Twins runs in person permanent jewelry events on campus, and we need a reliable team to help make every event run smoothly. Team members work at our display table, our welding table, help manage events as a Campus Manager, or support our brand as a Photographer/Videographer or Social Media Coordinator.

We train you before you ever work an event.

Pay is hourly for Display Table, Welder, and Campus Manager roles. Pay for Photographer/Videographer and Social Media Coordinator varies and is discussed based on the role and event.

The Roles

  • Sales Leader

    Greet customers, walk through jewelry and pricing, and handle checkout.

  • Operations Leader

    Size and weld each piece, check every weld, and hand out care cards.

  • Campus Manager

    Oversee setup, the team, supplies, and the host relationship from start to finish at every event.

  • Social Media Associate

    Responsible for consistent content, event coverage, and daily posting across our platforms. Works closely with our Social Media Director.

    Photo and video content following a shot list, with final footage and photos at activations.

Training and Schedule

All training is paid. Before your first event, you'll complete a short walkthrough to learn your role, then work alongside an experienced team member at events for hands on support. Training is a mix of virtual and in person, and continues as needed.


Events are mostly on weekends, with some weekday events depending on what's booked. There's no set weekly schedule, so hours will vary, you'll need an open schedule on weekends and some flexibility on weekdays.

After You Apply

After you apply, you'll hear back from us within one to two weeks. We'll send you an email letting you know if we're moving forward with an interview or not. If we are, that email will include details.
